The PNG Institute of Banking and Business Management (IBBM), formerly established as the Bankers’ College in 1965 by the Reserve Bank of Australia, IBBM is now the leading professional body for the banking, financial services and resource industry in PNG.
We deliver programs in PNG in partnership with Torrens University Australia, TAFE Queensland, Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Massey University New Zealand, Indian Institute of Banking and Finance and others.
Governed by a Board comprising of Chairman, who is the Governor of Bank of PNG, Board Members who are CEOs from all commercial and national banks of PNG and the resource sector companies as Corporate Members, our focus is on elevating professional and ethical standards of our members towards uplifting the training
