I called your Head Office ******** today at 3:12pm and she was speaking to me in tokpisin so casually. I found this completely unprofessional and annoying. I asked if this was an office line or a personal number and she responded to me saying this is an office number yet again in tokpisin.

please have your staff sorted and trained as not many understand tokpisin. This will help your customer service.

when i called back she answered but didn't want to speak when she heard my voice.
