The Customary Land Law concept empowers the landowners their legal rights on the fair equity of our land resource development benefits that are mutually agreed upon with the Investors as better and rewarded. These benefits are fairly distributed throughout the recognised clan groups of Papua New Guinea as a remedy or a better way to eliminate the widespread unethical and immoral conduct that perpetuate poverty in the urban and village communities.
