Question for British American Tobacco (Sales Office)

I want to be a small distributor of BAT products in Port Moresby and Wewak. Who will I contact or talk to and get advice from in Madang BAT warehouse. I want have some form of consent from BAT before I do distribution or sales od BAT products.
