Review Query not attend to

I have loan with Moniplus and was refinance by Teacher Community Finance but my deduction didn't stop because I email and call the agent I lias with but they didn't do anything about my query and yet deduction still continue. I don't understand why my query is not attended to which show the poor service provide by moniplus
